How does it work?
- Choose your experience.
- Place your order online before the 20th of the month.
- Orders close on the 20th and are delivered by the end of the month.
- Orders received after the 20th will be delivered by the end of the following month.
- Enjoy an authentic Mediterranean moment at home.
How many people are the packs for?
Most experiences are designed for 2–4 people, depending on the pack and serving preferences.
Do I need cooking experience?
Not at all. Our experiences are designed to be easy to enjoy at home.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs €4.90 within Belgium. Free shipping on orders over €60.
How long does delivery take?
As we are currently in our launch phase, orders are produced in limited quantities and delivered during scheduled delivery windows. Orders are collected during the current batch period and shipped once preparation is complete. Estimated delivery time: end of the month. Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
What are your future delivery plans?
As Origen grows, our goal is to offer standard delivery within 2–3 working days throughout Belgium, while maintaining the quality and authenticity of every experience.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened or consumed items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
