At Origen, we carefully inspect every order before shipping.
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or consumed items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@origen-moments.be, including photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund where appropriate.
If your package is damaged during transport, please notify us as soon as possible.
